Joanne Martin
Joanne joined Tupsley Dental Team in 2012 having moved from Birmingham to Gloucestershire in 2003. She qualified as a Dental nurse, Oral health educator, Practice Manager, and fulfilled her ambition to qualify as a Dental Hygienist in 2000 from Liverpool Dental Hospital.
Joanne is passionate about her job and aims to provide gentle dental hygiene in a relaxed and friendly environment. She really enjoys working with patients who are nervous and helping them regain the confidence to attend regular hygiene therapy to achieve a smile you can keep for life.
She is a member of the British Society of Dental Hygiene, British Society of Periodontology and Gloucestershire Independent Hygienists. Joanne maintains her knowledge and skills by attending regular courses, conferences, webinars, and reading journals.
When Joanne is not working she spends most of her time looking after her 3 boys in her life; Warren (her husband) and 2 active boys.
Joanne enjoys swimming, walking, going to spas, going to pubs, and sampling some of the wonderful cuisine out there.
